Garcia is a dynamic presence in the time honoured domain of flamenco guitar.
- Having started on guitar at the tender age of six, Garcia first performed in a major concert in Grugahalle in front of 10.000 people (Essen) when only ten years old.
- From the age of 10 – 14 he would attend with his long friend Salvador Andrades guitar lessons with Paco de Lucia's father.
- Between 16 -20 he played all major festivals in Spain including with the legendary Camaron de la Isla.
- He subsequently went on to play with Paco de Lucia and Cañizares in Bethnal Green, London and in the Philarmonic Concert Hall in Cologne (Germany)
- At the age of 25 Garcia is introduced to the Irish music scene by playing to a sold out audience in the National Concert Hall.
- Having signed a multi-million pound four-album deal with Virgin Records, he then secured a contract with EMI publishing for song-writing purposes with Mel Simpson-US3-"CANTALOOP".
- In 2008 Garcia plays in the National Concert Hall to a mesmerized audience of over 1200 people. HIs concert also at the OPERA HOUSE in Belfast was sold out for two nights.
- In 2009 Garcia and his band Gitano are invited to play in Oxegen.
- 2011 GITANO most prolific year so far..........just signed with NERVOUS RECORDS, BLANCO Y NEGRO and CAFE DEL MAR......more to come.
- 2011 June....Gitano and Jerry Ropero on his second week in the British Dance Charts go straight to Number one with their Summer hit "CANTA".
Gitano was formed in 2000 and have since then become Ireland's most in-demand corporate, concert and society wedding band.

They have performed at venues such as the National Concert Hall (Dublin), The Opera House (Belfast), Royal Albert Hall (London), Oxegene and have appeared on various tv programs such as MTV, VIVA (Germany’s premier music tv station), TV3 and TV1 in Spain.
